ISBNコードってあれ？

そいえばと4月発売の文庫のISBNコードを見てみても13桁になってないなぁ、あれ？と思ってISO/PRF 2108（ISO TC 46/SC 9 Working Group 4 for Project 2108 ）みてみると、一応ガイドは公開されてるし…ってああ、2007/01/01切り替えになったのか。

Since publishers will inevitably be holding stock carrying 10-digit ISBNs for many years to come, they may feel that it would be sensible to move towards printing the 13-digit ISBN on their books as soon as possible, in conjunction with the 10-digit ISBN until 2007. It is highly recommended that, if this decision is taken, the numbers should appear on the title page verso, and on
the book cover if there is no bar code, in the following style:
　　　　ISBN-13: 978-1-873671-00-9
　　　　ISBN-10: 1-873671-00-8
This will enable the ISBN-10 to be deleted from reprints after 2007 with minimal or no cost.

見かけないな…

というかStatus見たら50.20（FDIS:Final Draft Internatinal Standard投票中）で、まだPublicationはISO 2108:1992だし。FDISなのでまあこのまま承認されれば発効となりますが、するとISO 2108:2005になるわけですな。

というところで何気なくISBNとか検索してみると…
利用リビジョンがJIS X 0305-1988(IDT:ISO 2108-1978)ってなってるところがたくさんあるのですが。ええ？とおもって、JSAで検索。
JIS X 0305:1999(IDT:ISO 2108:1992)になってました。ビックリした。
というか日本図書コード管理センターのサイトに準拠規格が記載されてないのはなぜ。
